Pre Cooking tips

  1. Soak 1 cup of dried whole white peas in 4 cups of water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 8 hours at room temperature.
  2. Drain and rinse the peas.
  3. Boil for 40 minutes.

 

Tip: Un-soaked peas will take longer to cook.
